HEADQUARTERS
Imagine Copenhagen, city streets, imposing buildings. And in the middle of that, imagine the beautiful headquarters of Vero Moda. That’s where I chose to jump on to this beautiful fireplace, in a lovely white room with beautiful ornaments. Men, how have I fallen in love with that place. So although the photos of my outfit aren’t as sharp as usual, I just had to share it with you guys…
Not many of you know that I have not only studied fashion and media styling, but also interior styling (in fact that’s what allround styling stands for). So it may be a little surprising that my love for beautiful things isn’t limited to clothes. I can also go crazy about architecture and interiors.
I must say that my style when it comes to interiors is pretty much the same as when it comes to fashion: a mixture between romantic feminine and tough rebellious. Like ripped jeans with high heels or lace with a bold necklace, I would mix an industrial wall to fur cushions and a baroque side table to a vintage bulb.
I once had to make a blog for my lessons in interior styling, which I called “Room for romance”. Have a look here. This is a place where I wanted to take people on a trip through different cities, mixing culture, architecture, fashion and interiors to words of wisdom or tacky quotes that popped up in my mind.
My guilty pleasure when it comes to interiors lies in the ornaments of white rooms like this one. My dream house would most definitely have walls like this, with a big fireplace and ornaments on the ceiling. Rustic and romantic.
What does your dream house look like, and what do you think of my amateurish interior blog? Haha…
