Pepe + Denim = Goodness
Yesterday my little niece asked me wether I knew all of the brands and shops in the Netherlands. Interesting question, cause I really have no idea of the percentage of brands I actually know. But I told her “No… However, I do know exactly where to go for different kind of things”. For example, I know where to go for the best denim: Pepe Jeans is one of these brands…
So when the denim days at Pepe Jeans started, I took a look at their collection and ordered this denim jacket. I didn’t even know when I selected it, but this is from their gymdigo collection, which is very comfy denim. It feels like a jogging but looks like denim. I also have pants that match this jacket. I wear them at home a lot.
What I love about this jacket is that it has a different hem from most of the normal denim jackets I know. This one features a ribbed hem on the neckline and the arms, which makes it look like a small bomber jacket. It’s very cool, but cute at the same time and besides that, it fits perfectly and feels way better than the normal denim jacket cause this one is so stretchy.
I chose to match it to this fringed leather skirt from Missguided and a top that I also found at Pepe Jeans. This top is from their Andy Warhol collection and shows Marilyn Monroe in a very artistic way. The ensemble furthermore only needed these amazing heels which I got at Public Desire. I am so in love with these. I must admit that they are not the easiest to walk in, but hey, a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do.
Let me know what you think of this look!
